Beautiful Oregon Coast Summer Wedding in Cannon Beach

Love stories often unfold in the most unexpected ways, and for Brianne and Rafik, their journey began on a dating app. Fast forward through a week of engaging conversations, a quirky first date at an arcade and top golf, and countless shared laughs, their love blossomed into something truly beautiful.

Drawn to exploring new places together, the couple decided on an intimate elopement along the stunning Oregon coast in Cannon Beach. As their elopement photographer, I had the privilege of capturing every magical moment of Brianne and Rafik’s special day.

The day began with anticipation and excitement as Brianne and Rafik each got ready in separate Airbnbs. They had rented a couple of charming Airbnbs in Arch Cape, just south of Cannon Beach, to celebrate their elopement with family and friends. After I took some getting ready photos of each of them, the couple shared a heartwarming first look outside their Airbnbs before heading to the beach for their ceremony.

Joined by their close family and friends, Brianne and Rafik exchanged vows against the backdrop of the endless ocean and golden sands. The weather was nothing short of perfect for their special day. Following a heartfelt exchange of vows, the couple celebrated their union with a pop of champagne, a toast, and some quality time with their loved ones.

After the ceremony, we whisked off on a private adventure, exploring the hidden gems along the coastline. We journeyed to an enchanting waterfall at Hug Point at the far end of the beach where I took some photos with just the two of them. We got some beautiful beach pictures with the dramatic rocky coastline as a backdrop before heading off to our next location. We spent some time frolicking through grassy fields before emerging along an EPIC seaside cliff spot! They shared private vows here and enjoyed a private adventure together before heading back to their reception!

After taking a few more bride and groom shots, we made our way back to one of the Airbnbs where Brianne and Rafik’s reception awaited, adorned with twinkle lights and beautiful decor. The atmosphere was full of love as the couple shared their first dance, surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. The celebration continued with delicious drinks, yummy catered food, and some games. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow on the coastal landscape, Brianne and Rafik embarked on a new chapter of their lives, surrounded by the memories of a perfect day on the Oregon coast.
